Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original case.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to your shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned frames, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
